Please select from either ready to send digital print or printed to order giclee print - 

Digital print is on high grade 250gsm textured matte art paper

Giclee print is on 280gsm premium archival quality paper

Ready to send prints are dispatched in 2-3 days. Print to order giclee prints are outsourced to a premium fine art printer and will be dispatched in 2-3 weeks. 

PLEASE NOTE - If you should order a combination of ready to send and printed/made to order items,  they will all be dispatched together at the longer lead time.

All orders are sent wrapped in tissue paper without any order note/receipt contained in the parcel. All parcels include a handwritten thank you note. 

If you would like the thank you note left blank or with a specific message (up to 30 words max) please include these instructions in the customer order note when placing your order.

Delivery

Ready to send digital prints are dispatched in 2-3 days.

All Bear & Bloom giclee prints are outsourced to a specialist fine art printer. Therefore please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to be printed and dispatched. 

PLEASE NOTE - If you should order a combination of ready to send and printed/made to order items,  they will all be dispatched together at the longer lead time.

Delivery charges are as follows:

    • Prints - UK 1st Class signed for Royal Mail £3.50 
    • Individual greeting cards - UK 1st Class signed for Royal Mail £1.50
    • International postage £19.50
    • Wallpaper swatches - Free
    • Orders over £75 - Free

All Bear & Bloom orders are beautifully wrapped with the upmost care and consideration.

All Print orders smaller than size A2 are packaged individually in a cellophane envelope to protect from dust and reinforced with a heavy duty protector board. This is then wrapped in tissue and sent in a heavy duty Kraft ‘do no bend’, board backed envelope. 

All size A2 prints are rolled in a poster tube and will be sent seperately should you order more than one item.

All Clothing orders (unless size permits) are packaged in tissue and a recyclable Kraft paper mailer bag or Kraft packaging paper. 

If you order clothing and a print then these will either be packaged together in a recyclable Kraft box or sent separately. The print will be packaged individually in a cellophane envelope to protect from dust and reinforced with a heavy duty protector board. This will then be wrapped in tissue paper. The clothing items will also be wrapped in tissue paper.

All wallpaper orders will be sent in a heavy duty tube or box depending on the size of the order placed.

  

Returns

 

Please place your order carefully and when you receive your order confirmation please double check that your order is exactly what you wanted. Unfortunately, from time to time, mistakes can happen so If you do happen to spot a mistake, please inform us within 24 hours. After this time changes to pending orders cannot be made. We cannot accept responsibility for an items ordered incorrectly.

We of course hope that you love your Bear & Bloom purchase and that you purchase from us again! As our items are printed to order and many are of a personalised nature, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty. If your item is faulty, you must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unworn/unused in the condition you received it in its original packaging. Once your returned item is received, inspected and accepted as faulty, a replacement will be sent out.

Please note that Bear & Bloom are unable to refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties that are payable outside of the EU.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection and peace of mind as we are unable to accept any responsibility for postage fees or for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
